Client expectations

We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out any required paperwork. If you are running late or need directions, please notify the staff as soon as possible of your estimated arrival time.


A credit card will be required to reserve your appointment.


If you are on any medications, retinol products, or had recent injections/surgeries, please advise staff so that we can accommodate products, pressure, and services accordingly to avoid any contraindications.

Gift Certificates, Packages, and Advanced Purchases

Packages and advanced purchase services must be used within twelve (12) months of the purchase date, and cannot be extended beyond the expiration date.

Gift certificates, packages, and advanced purchase services have no cash value, and cannot be refunded. Advanced purchase services may not be exchanged for products. Products and services purchased as a part of a package can be exchanged for any product or service of equal or lesser value, but no money can be refunded. Products and services purchased as a part of a package may be upgraded at the regular price difference between the services.


Appointment times are as scheduled and cannot extend beyond the stated time to accommodate late arrivals. Arriving late for an appointment may require us to shorten the length of your appointment or to reschedule so as not to inconvenience other clients.


A 24-hour notice is required for the cancellation of an appointment. Cancellation within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be subject to 50% cancellation fee or 100% on weekends and holidays. Cancellation fees must be paid before your next service. If you are using a gift certificate, the reschedule/cancellation fee still applies. If you send another client in your place, you will not be charged a fee. Continuous late reschedules and missed appointments may result in no future services unless paid in advance.


Massage/bodywork is not appropriate care for infectious or contagious illness. Please cancel your appointment as soon as you are aware of an infectious or contagious condition. If it is within the 24-hour notice period, the cancellation fee may be waived.
